Here at ACS we are looking to recruit dedicated professionals, who possess a "can do" positive attitude, to take the company to the next phase of our expansion plans.
We are currently looking to fill the position of Customer Services Advisor we are looking for self motivated, enthusiastic individuals who can ensure that ACS continues to satisfy its customers' needs. The primary role will be to help establish ACS's exceptional service levels by providing help and advice to customers using the company's products or services.
The remit will include communicating courteously with customers by telephone and email, investigating and solving customers' queries and keeping accurate records of discussions or correspondence with customers.
