End Point Assessor

Bradley is part of our Consolidation Team who manage all aspects of our customer’s supplies chain - his fantastic manor with customers is what makes him an invaluable member of the team.

Find out more about Bradley and what makes him unique...

1. Would you recommend doing an apprentice vs going to full time college?

Apprenticeship, definitely! – It’s a great start to learning your career as well as getting knowledge in the career path you are wanting to take.

2. Did doing your apprentice at ACS help you decide your career path?

I don’t have to think about this one, it’s a big fat YES, I don’t think I would be here today without ACS, I wouldn’t have the skills I have now & I wouldn’t be the person I am today. ACS has brought me out of my comfort zone and brought me into the fabulous world of ACS.

3. Who would you most like to swap places with for the day - from ACS – and why?

Harry or Mike - to see the company from managements prospective and to learn more about the company! But let’s be real I just want to boss people around...

4. Tea or coffee?

Definitely Coffee but preferably Starbucks.

5. Best thing about being part of the ACS Team?

Well... Where do I start, IT’S CRAZY But in all seriousness, ACS is a supportive company, it’s like a like a big jumbled up family.

6. Describe your job in three words

Fast, enjoyable & unexpected

7. What’s on your bucket list?

To go to New York.

8. What’s something you’re proud of?

Enrolling into uni as this is something I never thought I would do. I have signed up to a part time Business and Management BA Hons course.

9. A little-known fact about you

I love make up.

10. What’s your idea of a perfect day?

When everything goes to plan, always be prepared for the unexpected.

11. You’re on a deserted island, which 3 people from ACS would you want to be stranded with and why?

To be honest I wouldn’t take myself, I’d probably get muddy and cry… but 3 people that would be good on a deserted island, Paul Harney he’s very into walking & outdoor things, Conrad, he’s very sporty… and Becky Wales as she worked on a farm when she was younger.

12. If you had to listen to one song for the rest of your life, what would it be?

Where did I go by Jorja Smith.
